Clear the cache
Try unpluging and plugging the ILOK

License terms for 'Structure 1.1 Content' not found.

I have exactly the same problem. PT9 , Valid license on ILOK and only Structure has a problem.

It was working and now its stopped with same message.

Not being familiar with ILOKs at all...

Read my post above on the qx6700. On LE 7.31 it does not seem to work as well as the equivilant speed dual E6700 core did but it works.

With the QX I get CPU red overloads every time...

On my mother board (ASUS) it seems to work fine. If you want to turn it off its in the BIOS settings (or it is on the ASUS anyway).
