Uninstall ASIO4ALL. Go to the Mackie website and download and install the ASIO driver for your ONYX. Follow the install directions.

My friend downloaded the zip file and his IT did the font install. All italic issues in Pro Tools, Word and his browser are solved.

Can't remember if I updated from 2023.12 or 2023.12.1. Pretty sure my friend would have been updated from a PT version (well) before 2023.12.
