Howdy,

Is there such a thing as a power strip that buffers the surge that make powered monitors "pop" loudly when turned on and off?
Or some other workaround?

Hi,
Obviously, our direct view CRT makes a bunch of RF noise thru a guitar held in front of it.

If you have a flat panel, is there still noise?
Only with single coils?
Much less than a CRT but...

I resolved this issue with my system by using electrical tape to firm up the connection between the keyboard lead and the extension lead that attaches to the CPU's USB jack. It kept getting jiggled...

--you did something to warm the mix didn't you? I listened on my PTLE system with my Event PS8 monitors which are really crispy and it sounded...
