I think he's being sarcastic. Having to "Commit" before closing and reopening a project sounds like a workaround, not a solution.

I'm editing a vocal and I shifted a few notes a whole step. Those notes sound like a robot when playing back. The 1/2 steps (and below) moves sound natural as expected. I've used Melodyne in the past...

From what I've seen with the new Melodyne update and all of the posts from Avid saying "ARA soon" it seems it'll be in the new 2022.9 release.

Robert, actually I'm not on HDX. I use an Apollo (no Console) with Pro Tools Studio and record at a low buffer. I think I stopped using low latency monitoring because I couldn't hear prerecorded...
