This is just a thought that came to mind when quickly taking a glimpse on this issue- but confirm that the system with the issue has the Waves update for PT 7 that fixes the bug about DSP allocation....

It's perfectly safe to delete the Digidesign databases in the root of the volumes. If you simply drag the Digidesign databases-folder to the trash and empty it your sessions and system and everything...

If you've now upgraded to 7 the code is what you paid for. For example if you bought the upgrade to 7 from the avidstore.com the code is in your receipt which you can find now from your account....

Sync IO isn't available anymore for new orders.

And at this time there are no added HD features, as I said previously. Perhaps a firmware update is just around the corner to enable it though

There's no difference in IO/HD except the slight cosmetic changes like the badge on the front now says HD instead of IO. And something's changed in the LED panel also.
