I run Pro Tools 2022.10 on Monterey on my Mac Mini i7 2018 and Pro Tools 2022.9 on Monterey on my Macbook Air M1 and the latest version of Pitch 'n Time works perfectly on both machines.

A while ago we encountered this issue as well and found it the newer version/versions of RevibeII had this problem, while the older version worked fine. So I assume the issue hasn't been resolved...

Yes, me too. At multiple locations in The Netherlands I get the same results as you are. I see you are from Sweden, so the problems appear not to be local issue.

Can't create a case. Eveytime errors when I send the form. This is getting annoying.

My iLok Manager says 'release limit on or before 01-04-17', but why? My subscription is valid 'till 01-04-18 and the HD Plan license shows that correctly.
