For a start I do not like doing this publicly but Avid seem to make it *VERY DIFFICULT* to do it via support (see below).

I would rather these discussions happen in private.

This is an absolute disaster.

I have been overcharged for this update.
$684.24, which is more than a a subscription.

How can I call someone?
Can someone please get back to me ASAP?

My renewal was 2 days ago.
I haven't been charged for it yet.
