You can't route a send to a plugin in PT. You can insert the plugin on the track, or make a send to a aux track with the plugin inserted on it. That's how it works.

Not true. It's simply a question of logging in with iLok license manager, and closing the so-called cloud session. This does not have to be done on the machine you forgot to close it on.

Darryl's advice is good. Migration Assistant has be known to cause problems for PT. I'm guessing a simple prefs trashing might be all you need. But before you go thru the big job of installing MacOS...
