I have a really serious issue with Avids' policy of 1 movie in a timeline in PT10

Why is my DVTK2 made obsolete in PT 10 but not PT 9?
Why am I FORCED to purchase CPTK for PT 10 but not PT 9?...

Cool! So, upgrading a PT8 with DV Toolkit 2 to PT10 means DOWNGRADING now to one movie in a timeline in PT10! To regain multiple movies in a timeline, one needs to cough up additional 650 EU plus 460...

Unfortunately, 25 you're right. I thought PT HD would solve my problems with integrating my mixes to sound in the pocket. Nearly so. Until I went back to mixing through my 02R96... grrrrrrrrr....

Zoom Bug.Please Digi, prioritize this bug fix

Having upgraded PT HD to 8.03 I lost my super stable PT rig! The zoom bug is bringing seriously disrupting studio sessions.
The same goes for my recently upgraded to 8.03 LE system...

I had the exact same symptoms on a couple of my old ATA disks. Disk Warrior was not able to fix them... repeatedly. Any attempts to read or write data ended in a Finder freeze and a restart...

unfortunately, the AppleFileServer 3.1.5 included in 10.4.9 breaks the back of any MacOS X/MacOS 9 network.
MacOS 9 clients are prevented from transfering files larger than 100KB to a MacOS X...

Wavelab runs just fine in a Parallels Windows XP environment on a stock single core Mac Mini. I haven't tried this with any sound devices attached to USB or FW though
