Can someone help. I have deleted my database files and all the .plist files.

Am I deleting the right ones? I deleted the ones in the library of my user folder.

Hi there since installing ProTools7 I have had troubles, the main being that I can't do certain functions because of Assertion in certain files...I don't get this? I already called customer support...
