I only have a $399 Ultimate renewal option and a $199 Studio renewal option. No Carbon Renewal option is available for my Carbon as of this writing :(

Thanks so much, Mark. I'm glad things are sorting out for Wickett. In my case, the used Carbon purchase was on 11/15/22 but it took quite a bit of time before the TOO finally was authorized by Avid....

This all confirms what Apple support shared with me earlier: M1 can be downgraded to Big Sur / M1 Pro & M1 Max cannot, as they require Monterey.

Hobos were totally kind - we could not get PT to download using Comcast's internet access (file was always corrupt). A very kind Hobo sent me a DVD to lend a hand.
