MIDI USB Latency

I have connected my Krome EX via USB Drive and I have a delay or latency in my keyborad. How can eliminate that delay? I have tried reducing size/buffering, ASIO4ALL and nothing.

I think finally found the problem. The low lateny monitoring in protools was on and it was blocking the signal of Guitar Rig 6. Hopefully this help to another guys.
