I'm coming from a PT Ultimate subscription, i got an email today saying that I have access to Flex but I can only access Studio. iLok says my license is Studio. What do I do to get Flex?

My goal is to avoid having to change sample rates on multiple devices when switching from 96khz and 44.1/48khz sessions. The idea is to keep all my hardware set at 96k. Of course 96k works just fine...

11.3 did NOT fix the -9173 during playback for me either, haven't tried real-time bounce. The dither before error inducing plug-in does work as a workaround so there's that at least.
