There's also the "scroll into view" option when right clicking on a specific track name in the tracks list.
Not saying it's faster but it will enable you to locate & view a section of your mixer...

I know that when 2022.6 & 7 were released support told me that the MIDI fixes for that version would work in new sessions but might still persist in older sessions. This might also be the case with...
