Re: SPENDING MORE TIME TRYING TO OUTFOX PROTOOLS THAN HAVING

I upgraded to 7.4, got more memory and changed my firewire cable to 12' instead of the 18' (or more, I forget) that I was using and everything works fine now. Thanks all for your suggestions.

SPENDING MORE TIME TRYING TO OUTFOX PROTOOLS THAN HAVING FUN

Is there another software/hardware system out there that doesn't have all the issues that Pro Tools has? I have spent many, many hours trying to outfox ProTools and I'm just sick of it. I purchased...

Hearing midi. Easy question for someone

I created a midi track. When I play my Triton, data shows up on the track, but nothing comes out of my speakers. The output choices on the track are Command 8 (3 ports to choose from) or 002 (2...

Firewire repeater between 002R and G5?

After repeated "held off interrupts" failures, a very helpful digidesign support guy told me my firewire cable between my G5 and 002R was too long. This was my set up because of the noise of the G5,...
