True. I wonder if the 003 mirrors its inputs and outputs to ADAT automatically so that I can use it as an ADAT extender.

As ProTools will not "see" the 003, I will not be able to control it via...

Indeed. I have checked with Waves an indeed one needs to have the plugin under WUP.

Great tip! Been trying it put, but PT keeps insisting that the ramdisk will be used for transfer only and not play or record.
Any way on forcing PT to regard the ramdisk as a normal drive?

Can confirm the same issue. Deselecting all internal sound cards from the aggregate I/O allows me to complete PT 9.0.5 on Lion load.

Now, the Lion partition is less stable than the SL one I have...

Well, I did go back to 10.7.0, removed and reinstalled PT9.0.5 and still the same effect.

I had also removed the MIDI and firewire drivers but to no avail.
