The reason is: normally I keep my composition DAW open to playback the music (DP) in case I want to change any note, and keep PT open to play back the whole picture with multiple cues in...

I don't think this is true as well, as I have successfully Run PT and DP at the same time, it seems PT is not requiring exclusive access, unless I'm not understanding you correctly?

Thanks guys, I totally see what you mean about the possibility of corrupt the main session file, thank you for mentioning to me and it seems we are now able to manage this after we made some rules...

Yes , the thing for us is, a few people are editing this file by putting this file on dropbox, so we got all kinds of .wmf file created when everyone load up the session. So I wonder if this cause...
