OK i'm up and running thanks to this wonderful forum :-)

i decided to stay with macOS 10.15.5 Catalina and
little away from cutting edge options so i choose: PT Studio 2021.12 and Waves V13

I just escaped a ASPF / NTFS trap by using Dropbox as a folder sharing solution and feeling quite surprised why i just didn't think about it before :confused::D
