Yes, but... PT is still not "Native", and i believe it shows in certain processes (exporting video etc.)

in Activity Monitor, Pro Tools 2021.12 still shows up as an Intel app.

If you go into finder and remove any plugins that say "date modified" 2018, you can at least get it working. Unfortunately, this includes removing Pro Compressor.

Probably right, although i remember someone at Avid saying that they'd have a fix for the video engine in Oct. 2021. Pipe dreams i guess.

Thanks. The new m1 Macbook Pro Max won't run Big Sur. New computers come with Monterey pre-installed, and you can't roll them back.:-)

On the bleeding edge here. Again. I have the MBP Pro Max with 32 Gb of RAM. It came with Monterey. Initially had an issue with older plugins. Once I weeded out any plugins dated 2018, it worked....

I have been syncing video using Logic Pro. I import the video into logic and sync over the IAC bus. You should be able to do this in any sequencer that takes video, I would think. it's not perfect,...
