Does anyone know why Pro Tools favors certain cores of the CPU over others?

It seems like whatever sessions I open up, wether it be on my 2019 16" MBP or my new M1 Max, certain cores are getting overused and causing CPU errors.

Make sure you dont have any old drivers hanging out or kext's around. I had to delete a bunch of old stuff for my apogee ensemble 2 to show up properly

If you’re talking to me then yes I did a complete erase and reinstall from the ground up the proper way. And ran all installers with SIP disabled as well.

Rewire is in the propeller head folder not pro tools. Delete that and you’re good to go.

I got it to run. Have two finder windows open. Plugins, and plugins unused. Open pro tools. When it gets stuck (actually stuck, some plugins will take up to 30 seconds to pass validation on Loading...

Somethings can only be restored properly using migration assistant as a clean install doesn’t give you the option to restore user files so that’s kind of unfortunate and settings as well as iCloud...

Pro Tools won’t even get past loading plugins on a new MacBook so I’d say it’s pretty useless personally. Unless you’re just editing.

I was filing a support request about monterey and it closed by it's self and when I went back to the case to open a new one 2021.10 and monterey were now an option in the OS selection window... hmmm

I did a restore from my 2019 MacBook pro to my brand new 2021 M1 Max 16" and pro tools hangs on "Loading Plugins" no matter what. If I remove all plugins it loads fine maybe once but the second time...
