Glitch remains, but I found a work around.

Separate the clip so that no section is over 13 minutes. By doing so the entire video plays and I can move it around as well.

Major glitch with a 20 film that I can't figure out. Please assist.

I have imported and synched sound to .mov files in the past with no issues. But all films have been under 13 minutes.
