Just heard back from them, basically the license didn't update with the subscription so their fixing it and in the meantime they've given me a temporary license.

Yeah, I've sent them a case through their support page which is currently in a que. I'm just not sure how long it will take them to respond. Just stressing me out a fair bit.

Yesterday, 13th May, I tried opening my Pro-Tools software and it said that my license had expired. I logged into my avid account and it says my subscription is still active and I received an email...
