I was steered towards the samsung 840 pro as it doesn't compress data whereas most other SSDs do (but please check this out for yourself as I'm not an expert).

I also fell in to the trap of buying komplete 9 thinking it would be PT11 ready and am now patiently waiting on AAX 64 bit upgrade. No news on NI site or elsewhere and suggests to me we're some way...

Thanks 68Tele!! The ASIO4ALL driver has done the trick and elbowed that damned fender driver out of the way - still miffed as to why the m-audio has fallen off the radar but at least I'm up and...
