Fixed it! It was the screen resolution problem - which was weird b/c I was using the Windows 7 recommended settings. I'm so glad I don't have to reinstall PT10 :)

I heard somewhere else that the problem was being caused by Internet Explorer. Could there be some issue with IE causing it? It's so strange.

Yes, I have tried both of these and neither works :/

On the flash drive, all of the files/track takes are there. So there doesn't look to be anything missing. Perhaps it was something she did...
