There are many things that can cause a network error, so each issue/system should be treated independently. It's not a single bug.


Older MTMs (with M10 or M40 written between the softkeys)...

One thing we could do quite easily is automatically go into Channel mode like we do with EQ and DYN knobs. Would that help?

Sounds like a corrupt file or something. Run the EUCON Installer and select remove all App and remove all prefs. Restart and reinstall.

Polarity doesn't matter, the S1 detects it when powered up (if the footswtch is already attached). Momentary is needed.

Firstly, let me apologize...I've been testing on S1 and apparently it works differently to S3....
We went back through the code and do see where this broke(when we made it work better with Pro Tools...

The keyboard modifiers do work in all Apps. They are not standalone though and have to have a command after them in the softkey editor.

There was a bug in that the PT EUCON modifiers didn't work,...

Avid S4 is a relatively new console and has years left in it. We do have some issues with getting parts to make them though like all manufacturers at the moment, so there are delays between ordering...

As Bscout says that wont work, the Softkey editor works on whatever App is focused so you can build Appsets for any App. To import a particular App it has to be focused first.
