In this particular case, bricking means that after I reinstalled PT and restarted the computer (as the installer instructed me to do), the computer was unable to boot anymore. I ended up rolling back...

Update: seems the problem is worse than I thought...every time I try to install PT it bricks my computer and I have to roll back to before the installation...guess it might be time to upgrade to 12...

Yes to all of the above...I eventried to repair my PT installation...which ended up causing me a whole world of trouble after (I won't go into it here). Long story short, I've gone and reinstalled PT...

I'm having what appears to be the same issue... I've hooked up an Akai MPK Mini MK3 to my Pro Tools 11, I've set everything up in Midi Studio by the books, and I'm still not getting any...
