I can definitely say: It doesn't like OS 10.10. Nor does it like OS 10.9.
I tried both and after a month of twisting finally went back to PT10, where several things still work that don't in PT 12....

The red Dly compensation warning I mentioned must have been caused by an internal routing that's not possible to compensate for. So this wasn't a fault...

It happens as well when previewing Audiosuite Plug-Ins (even stock EQIII) on elastic enabled Audio-Tracks when the clip is elastic stretched.

Lately I had this Mute problem as well:
Muted Tracks still playing. Unmute and mute again sometimes worked to solve it but sometimes I had to reopen the whole session.
This was on ProTools 10.3.3...

Oh, and I forgot to say:
In many cases it crashes completely shortly after showing this behavior. (Not always)
Most often when I'm trying to solve it by deactivating/activating the tracks.

I know 10.7.3 is not yet approved for this version, I just wanted to inform you that it is still running fine on that OS Version.
I would avoid 10.1.1 until the "Audio from older ProTools Sessions...

Did some foley recording and editing over the last week and the system was running fine. I was suprised that I could even play an Apple ProRes 422 (Proxy), 1920 x 1080 stutterfree forward...

I installed a HDnative card last week in a current quadcore 2.8 Ghz MacPro and was able to update to 10.0.1
Running on yet unsupported 10.7.3.
So far no problems, but I have to say that I didn't...
