I too have just had same problem apple on firm payment debited but error message. Saying contact avid. Who do I contact and how. Very ad experience. Can anyone help.:mad::mad:

Hi. I bought a score £2.99 it asked me for my apple I'd. It took payment but the apple message was. You way made payment but there was a technical error. Please contact www.avid.com/scorch/support....
