macpro imports everything, laptop only imports aifs, not mp3 or wav...

possible to have 2 PT versions on 1 computer?

I'm running 6.9 on G4 1.25, & have dowloaded 7.1.
Is it possible to install 7.1 (without overwriting 6.9) & have both?
I'd like to have 6.9 to fall back on if I experience problems with 7.1...

I did something I never do...rush of blood to the head...bought the PT 7 upgrade (instead of waiting 6 months). Too many problems, too much time wasted troubleshooting, I want to go back to 6.9.2!!
