Buy an iLok or try authorizing on a different computer to see if the cloud authorization works.

Did you try any of things that were suggested?

I’ve had cloud issues with trials as well even though Avid says it will work.

One thing to check is to make sure you have the latest version of iLok installed. Sometimes having an outdated...

You have 0 activations in your cloud. You need to move the Ultimate license into the cloud first, then launch Pro Tools. If it asks you to activate, then login to your ilok account.
