I'm not familiar enough with SteadyClock FS to say if it really makes an audible difference. I would go with the one that has the most features you need.

There's all kinds of great audio interfaces out there today.

The Focusrite 18i20 Gen 3 is a good choice. Lots of IO, plenty of options.

Pretty much every USB audio interface is using USB2.0

The theory says you would only need USB3 if you have lots of simultaneous inputs.

Great to see the site back up. The new CASTER is a nice update from v1. These apps are much easier to use and provide more functionality than the free Blackhole driver...

You can install Pro Tools on any computer you use, both mac and windows.

You will need your iLok license in order to actually use it though. Either with the iLok key or iLok Cloud.
