Re: MIDI studio setup for os9, TDM???? any help??

You'll need to set up OMS (Opcode Midi System) to drive the MIDI.
Once installed, you can plug the XT and let OMS find it.
Once found, your up and running.

Re: Recorded MIDI Manipulation

Since you already recorded the MIDI, just play it back, your 909 will fire off the samples and you can manipulate them on the fly.

To record this audio, plug the 909 audio output into an available...

Re: Battery, PTLE and OMS, help needed.

You need to set up your studio in OMS.
In other words you have to manually insert your devices and configure each studio device for channels/multi/controller and the like.
Check the help documents...

Re: Live recording Question 002R

Ideally one file...but PT has a 2Gb limit PER FILE.
So the max time depends on the sample rate.
You can probably get away with one set per file...but not much more.

Re: Live show Recording ProTools Nightmare

Re: midi tracks \"stutter\" on playback

Your right the OS shouldn't be the problem.
Have you checked if AppleTalk is on.
This caused me no ends of pain with MIDI.
You might also check if your USB driver is
compatible with your OS.

Re: Are ProtoolsFree files compatible w/Protools-N
