Well, I entered a case last week and just got a reply saying that I am in fact eligible for the bonus pack, but it will be "the first or second half of October" before I see them. So September fades...

I probably shouldn't even comment, since I'm certainly not an expert in either Pro Tools or Macs, but I think the (-9073) error is related to the program not being able to access data on the drive...

What's the deal with the Avid Master Account? I can't log in with my old account and I can't create an Avid Master Account because the "Country" drop down box doesn't work.
