Thanks for the replies guys. It caused me to go through my setup step by step. Turns out the sound issue was the cables from the balanced outs on the Rack to unbalanced inputs on a custom power amp....

I was using Eventide Ultra Channel for a few sessions with v11.2.0-v11.2.2 and experienced crashes. I stopped using this plugin and the crashes have stopped.
