seems awfully inefficient to "safe" and "unsafe" various plugins every time you want to write automation. i can't imagine that's common practice. regardless "write to all enabled" potentially deletes...

there's really no solution to this? I just started using "write to selection" instead of "write to all enabled" while doing snapshot automation because i realized "write to all enabled" can delete...

I had ZERO problems out of the box. Just set it up in peripherals like the manual says and you're good to go. I'm super impressed with that unit.

If I buy the original boxed version of CPTK1 will that give me the licenses for SoundCode, X-Form, etc.?

Is it all the same iLok licenses as CPTK2?
