I’m trying to solve a problem I had in Pro Tools First v12.8.2 and now in 2018.1.0.

My system:

HP Pavilion 17-ab001nq
Windows 10 64bit
Intel i7 6700HQ 2.60GHz/2.60GHz
8GB RAM

Same problem! I updated from PT First 12.8.2 to First 2018.1.0 and now I get the same error.

My system:
HP Pavilion 17-ab001nq
