Absolutely. I use PT and Logic. The only part of the UI I prefer in Logic is the way files are organized in the Media window. For just about every other aspect of the UI, I prefer PT.

Keep in mind that there are different numbers we're dealing with here. The number you need for the crossgrade is the Mbox hardware Serial Number, not the software Registration ID number Digi gave...

That involves switching sound settings in system control prefs every time I launch Pro Tools and then switch it back when I close Pro Tools... unless you know of a way to have the Mac output sound...

I'm pretty sure the prices for the new Mboxes will change dramatically when they start coming with PT 9 instead of PT 8. They'll probably either sell the interface (Mbox) separately from PT software...
