I get great support from digi over the phone, and thier guys are usually very personable. However, I agree a 1-800 number would be more accomodating.

Don't do anything else.Stop. Buy Diskwarrior.Boot from the cd and repair the directories.(assuming that's the problem) Let's hope aplle disk first aid hasn't accelerated the problem.

If you have a studio 4 or some other midi interface, you can slave pro tools via smpte from the brc. The triton will only lock to midiclock. I think. I'm sure.

Hey Dopamine, we use DDS4 with retrospect. So far so good. Speed is 6 gigs an hour. I think that's pretty fast. No errors with DDS4. I do get errors when using retro to archive to CD. So I use toast...
