So - support was unable to help resolve the HD Driver issues?

I believe you are stating that HD Native Thunderbolt is both unavailable as a Playback Engine selection in Pro Tools Ultimate as well...

Was support able to help you get the HD Drivers loaded correctly?

What is your case#?

Does HDNTB show up under AudioMIDISetup > Audio ?

I believe the best course of action at this time would be to log a support case and they can certainly help you sort this issue ->
