Thanks for the reply! So, this is strange! I don’t know why this would be popping up. I will add that I have both 2023 and 2024 installed on my computer, and I renamed the older one to Pro Tools 2023...

"Because this last session was opened with a Pro Tools version (2023) that has a different format of ARA data which is not supported in Pro Tools 2024.6.0.
Click "Save As" to create a Pro Tools...
