Pro Tools HD 12.5 with PCI-x core card

I would still like to get my hands on an 192 I/O. To my knowledge these still require a core card to be used. Can I use one of those origincal core/accel cards with HD 12.5?

Is this possible?

Oh yeah that right....I always forget about that since I use my Focusrite or Eleven Rack as an interface and use the Digi002 just when mixing and editing. I never track with it. $500....wow I haven't...

I only use the Digi002 as a Control Surface. Are you saying that wont work with HD systems at all, only LE or Non HD Pro Tools? Im not looking to connected it to the 192, I was only looking to clock...

Why wont I need the sync I/O? I was gonna use it as a clock reference between my Digi002 Console, the Adrenaline and the PT rig?

Its not the App that's the issue. Its enabling Eucon inside of PT 10.3.9. I cant actually turn Eucon on. I get the error I listed above. Im pretty confident once I am able to enable Eucon, the App...

Well I had an older version of EuCon and was getting the same issue, so I thought maybe a EuCon upgrade would correct the problem. I needed to do it anyhow because the VU meters we're not working out...

I am trying to use the PT|Control Ipad app. It works fine on Pro Tools 11 and no issues with Eucon, its just my 10.3.9 that's giving me issues

EUCON in PT 10.3 (Eleven Rack is my I/O)

Every time I try to enable EUCON it says "Error occurred when trying to load the personality controller EUCON"

Any ideas what would cause this?

UPDATE: Okay...so the VU meters was addressed by Avid in a updated release of the Eucon Control (thanks guys!!!) so the PT|Control app works great now, however I still cant enable EUCON in PT 10.3...

I also just upgraded to the latest version of PT 11 to see if that corrected the issue and it did not. The VU meters just won't display. Faders and everything else in the app works. Very strange

UPDATE: If I disable Eucon, the VU meters will work with V-control (which uses HUI) I still cant get the VU meters to work with EUCON using Avids PT|Control software. It did work just last week...
