I'm very upset about this matter. We paid good money for a item that fails and we spend countless hours resaerching the issue. WHY digi didn't send all user a letter regarding the harness issue??...

My DIGI 002 desktop has been working fine. 2 weeks ago it started to act up. I would be able to launch protools 6.9 fine and use it. After about 20 minutes, I would hear a clicking sound...
