midi export bug regarding tempo changes...

in an efort to export a midi file from a tempo and signiture change rich project from pro tools 10.3.5 i encountered a bug.

i imported the midi file to 2 diffarent daws to check it.
both exhibit...

grid is in quarter note everywhere : in the rdit window and in the track display options in the score editor.

still the same problem.

i realy need to solve this....

midi to score translation problem... please help

lets say i play a midi note with a musical length of 1 quarter.

for some reason the score editor shows me 4 16 notes with ties connecting them.

any soltution to this problem ?

002R Driver missing after 8.0.5 update...

After updating from 8.0.3cs2 to 8.0.5 I get "Unable to locate digidesign hardware...." and in "device manager" digi 002 shows a yellow "?" as if there is no valid driver installed.

"recording" or making a "tempo track" using tap tempo

Hi guys,

is it possible to create an ever changing tempo track by continuesly tapping the tempo (pressing "T") and let protools "record" a tempo track out of that ?

or does tap tempo good...

did any of you installed lexicon pcm native lately ?

try uninstalling the RTAS part from the add/remove programs in windows. then try melodyne again.

if this does not work try restoring your...

useally a rim shot comes at a place you want to accent like the end of a musical sentance or on a breake. but some aggresive styles use only...

the original is on the "A/B" track and the mastered one is on the "FINAL" track.

i personaly don't like it but hey, if it does the job....

first problem with cs3

if i choose more then one cpu in the playback engine menu i get a 25 % use indication in the cpu meter even when no project is loaded ! ! !

i assign 7 cores out of the 8 for PT, and so...

when running PT LE on "nehalem" or i7 processors there is no option to select using less then the maximum number of cores in the setup menu.

this causes errors and...

every time i run protools with the "fix" (run as, uncheck protect my computer and data from....) my preferences reset do default and i have to set them over and over again each time i launch...
