I went a step further and reported them to the BBB and then received a reply from their tech dept saying that "We are currently gathering information regarding the status of the hardware's drivers."...

Well we are in 2021 with 3 more years to go of support for the 11R per Avid and they have not updated to the latest Operating Systems it would be good if they did.

I do not know, they said they would keep updating it, it still says they will keep updating it so time will tell.

The editor is only good to 10.9 MacOS and Win10 and drivers are good to Mojave and...

Well the time has come and AVID has killed a great piece of hardware and as of 6/30/19 stopped being sold and until 2024 they will support it. Rock on!

I went ahead and a bought the new M-Audio MTrack-2 you just plug it in and it works. M-Audio takes care of their users.

I have the Expansion Pack and PT9 you guys with PT11 will not be able to drag and drop files into Structure & Transfuser thanks to the glorious new AAX.
