DIGI 002r is clicking and MIDI is not working

DIGI 002r is clicking and MIDI is not working

I have 2 problems.

1= My Digi 002r is clicking and the 1384 Firewire light on the DIGI002 Goes out thus forcing PT to shut down.

2= When the clicking is not a problem, my MIDI does not operate....

I solved my shortcut issue. In screwing around with commands I hit the windows button+ALT and F at the same time-which opens the FILE window, then hit B then enter. That is the quickest way to bounce

the triton changes, the patch and bank appear to staycorrect in pro tools but it always reverts back to bank A in triton and plays bank A sound
