Open Bidule in Standalone mode.
Go to --> EDIT --> PREFERENCES --> REWIRE and make sure
'USE ALTERNATE REWIRE BRIDGE' is checked.

Then try it again in Pro Tools. Again, remember to always close...

Close Bidule first. Then close your session and/or exit Pro Tools.

Problem Solved. Yes, it was a simple routing issue in Bidule.
I had my Bidule wired to my Trigger Finger and Oxygen MIDI Controllers thinking that was the only way to get the VST to receive MIDI...

I came up with a workaround that I'm content with. I have NVIDIA nView Desktop Manager which works with my graphics card and it has an option to create a hotkey to allow any window to remain 'ALWAYS...

Is there anyway to keep the VST plugin from not going in the background once I click anywhere in PT?

Unfortunately your VSTs won't show up when you rewire Reaper into PT:mad:
This happens with some other DAWs as well.

I had a killer VST that I wanted to use in PT. Sadly it was a VST 2.4 plugin...
