AVID HD OMNI NO display (on both) in normal operational mode

I can see clearly when I press setup, and I can change the setup, and all the settings there, including the contrast, but once I'm out of the setup mode, both displays don't have anything on them! ...

Just upgraded to Eucon 20.5, Ipad app is working, but I can not add my 2 Artist mix to my surfaces in Eucon. Are they still compatible? Eucon can see them in All surfaces...
