If you chose to purchase the new 1 yr subscription 2$399 then when that expires... it stops working unless you renew it during the grace period.

The perpetual that expires in 2024, can be...

For the 1st option, this will renew customer’s support plan for his existing Pro Tools Ultimate perpetual license for 1 year.

As for the 2nd option, this is a NEW Pro Tools Ultimate paid upfront...
