We are considering integrating a NEVE 1073OPX into our existing system.

This currently looks like this:

We use the mic inputs of a TASCAM DM-4800 digital mixer.

Kind of similar problem here:

When I drag a MP4 or import via "import" the message: Create another track pop ups.

But then nothing happens - no new track and no MP4 was added.

Hi,


we have a PT Ultimate with 2019.6 update.


We should have AVID Heat inluded, but we cant find a way to activate it.


In the "view" menu, the option HEAT isnt avaiable.

Application Manager does not sync

Hi,


we have a valid license for HD Ultimate updates.


But the Application Manager does not show us the updates which are avaiable.


The last version is PT 2018.12 and there is no update...

AVID PRE + HD Native

Hi,


we have a HD Native System with ProTools Ultimate 2019.5


It is connected to a 192 Digital Interface.


Seperate we also have an old AVID PRE.

Hi,

we are having much trouble here too.

Not during the recording process but during editing it's almost impossible to work.
The editing tools always need a little bit and after pressing play...

PT 11 sometimes won´t play

Hi there,

when i´m in a PT Session it sometimes occur, that suddenly i can´t play files.

Everything works fine, but after a while suddenly the "Stop" and "Play" buttons start flashing slowly...

Ok,

just for others to inform them if the have the same problem:

I managed to fix the problem:

As we started the session on PT9HD and moved it to PT11HD we then looked in the old PT9...

Some Sessions can be opened normally and without errors,
also creating a new session works normal.
