Luckily Structure LE can load many Kontakt libraries...except for Scarbee basses which is what I was using.

To be honest I hate Kontakt anyway. It's awkward.

There are many plugs affected by this Superior Drummer, Breverb, True Pianos...

The way to get the GUI to work is the same as above. You need to go into the insert menu and reselect the plug in...

The reason you can't hear it is becuase you don't have your aux track set to have inputs 3-4 as inputs.

Set up a stereo aux input and select 3-4 as the input source.
